[@Camey] - Magic is like in fantasy, meaning it's supernatural in nature and functions more or less like - uh - magic, haha. There are theories on how it works, but it's never been proven, only used and studied. ^.^ The major theory of the time (which I'll probably work on tonight) is that magical symbols and the like open small dimensional rifts into other planes of existence to allow energy to flow one way in a specific manner.
