Every group will need a guy who either does more or motivates the others to do more. Eventually, this group will rely on this man to motivate them and give them tasks and orders. This is a leader.

You cannot have a group with no leader. It's impossible. If society became truly anarchic tomorrow, we'd just have new leaders within a month.
