Name: Lucy Light Alias: Toon Girl Age: '24' Personality: Honest, intelligent, Observant, Lax, Playful Archetype: Mystic/Supernatural Powers:
Super Strength - Depending on her mood, Light can have various levels of Super Strength. While sad or depressed, her arms are basically noodles and can't lift much of anything. When she is determined or angry, her super strength can jump up to levels that can only be matched by a few. In her default state however shes strong enough to be able to lift up a small house and run with it only slightly encumbered. She can also lift enchanted items such as Thor's Hammer when in an 'in the zone' or excited state, but WILL NOT gain any positive or negative effects from them. Toon Regeneration - Light can regenerate from almost any affliction much like any cartoon. The healing can vary on how long it takes, depending on the injury, with physical blows being the fastest to bounce back from, while more energy based things like fire might take longer to regenerate from. Supernatural afflictions or mental afflictions take the longest to regenerate from, and can take upwards of 20 minutes to regenerate from in some cases. Additionally since shes a toon, many injuries that affect her tend to be more 'showy', such as her turning into ash after being on fire for a short time, explosives just charring her black and maybe turning her to ash, body parts finding their way back to her or her pulling new body parts out of stumps if she is cut, blowing herself back to normal, bullets passing through her and leaving holes, turning green when sick, and the like. She doesn't bleed, and she can adapt quickly to hostile environments such as underwater or the depths of space. Toon Agility - Since she is a toon, Light's body acts much like rubber, and can stretch in strange ways. Although she tries to keep herself looking presentable, she can stretch herself to dodge attacks or even reflect small firearms. This also makes her normal movement a bit 'bouncy'. Portable Hole - Light can pull a portable hole from the inside of her dress. This lets her travel to familiar places or any point along her sight lines, and only she, stuff she wears, or stuff in her Pocket Space can enter, the hole feeling like inky paper to anyone else. When placed, either in the air or on the ground, the second hole appears once she enters the first one. There is a slight time delay between when she enters the hole and when she exits the second hole, which is extended if either hole was placed in the air. Pocket Space - Light can store and pull objects from a place she calls 'pocket space', located under her dress. She can pull various objects from this space, but most if not stored previously tend to be useless or downright hazardous if they have the ACME logo on them, and objects pulled from this space tend to look a bit more 'cartoony' then normal. Light can't store or pull living objects from her pocket space. Reality Siphon - Light steals the reality from whatever she touches. Light gives off a 'creepy' feeling when touched as she steals away the reality of the object or person shes touching. When an object has lost some reality, it is unable to gain energy from other sources but itself until its reality is restored. When Light isn't touching something, it regains its reality back after a short period depending on how much was lost. When an object has lost lots of its reality, it starts to take on the look of a Toon, but with no beneficial powers, and when it loses all of its reality, it disappears to... somewhere... Reality warping beings have a minor resistance to this ability and massive or cosmic entities have greater resistance to this ability. Magical things lose their energy quickly. This power can't be turned off and Light has no control over its intensity. This ability allows her to affect Ghosts and other ethereal bodies, which can be granted a true death upon losing all their reality, which they tend to not have all that much of. Anything that attempts to possess Light or drains her energy are afflicted by a much, much more severe version of this ability.
Weaknesses: -Takes extra damage from attacks -Has an EXCEPTIONALLY difficult time escaping from things that constrict her movement like ropes or nets. -Extremely unlucky, almost to the point where she might just as well have a target painted on her head. -Very susceptible to drugs and some chemicals. -Has a very poor judgement of 'seriousness' and tends to fall into traps very easily as danger isn't something she can really perceive well. -Tends to mostly be a pacifist when fighting, and would rather talk or play with her enemies than fight them. This makes her very easy to talk down from a fight or even bring to your side temporarily. (Lex = instant win) Also makes her very easy to distract. -While strong, she isn't trained in martial arts. Shes also fairly light and easy to throw around. -Due to her 'creepy' touch and slightly unsettling origin/looks, Light has a hard time making any close relationships. Appearance:

Character Evolution: Shes here to have fun, make friends, and maybe find a boyfriend. She is fairly flirty. Altered History: Episode 5 didn't happen. (Wanna redo that one, but better. With a different plotline.) Also she makes money off toy sales and other such things. Recommended Background Leaguer: Plastic Man BRIEF Bio: Light, or Toon Girl as she goes by, is from another plane of existence. One where things... don't make much sense at all. Finding the constant chaos boring, she decided to hop on over to the current JL reality to see if that could be way more fun. And so far, it has been. Sure shes seen some allies disappear or outright die, but she didn't let that get to her. Heck she was so no chelaunt about it that one might say she knows what actually happened to those people, but that'd be silly! Although when asked about where she comes from, Toon Girl tends to not to talk much about it. Notes: Toon Girl makes her money off merchandise royalties. Shes very popular in Asian countries, esp Japan. She doesn't have much in her room, although she tends to keep mementos of adventures she found fun, if she can. She also really likes food and can eat a lot of it at once. Sample Post: After having been deployed to a mission in Sweden, where a giant worm was causing trouble, Toon Girl teleported back to the JL headquarters. "Phew boy! You guys wouldn't believe what I just did! Man was it gross." Toon Girl chimed, a grin on her face. However the HQ was empty. "Uh, where is everyone? Surely one person would be here?" Toon Girl said as she ran through the HQ, looking for someone to tell her gross adventure to. It was something out of a cartoon, that was for sure! A through search of the building, or at least as through as walking into the major hub rooms and taking a peek inside, revealed nothing. "Hmm... Guess I'm the first one back from my mission or something? Or everyone else is sleeping? Though that doesn't explain the lack of a monitor guy, though we did just get that new AI installed yesterday so..." Toon Girl thought to herself. Figuring that, whatever was going on would reveal itself eventually, she decided to go to the main lounge and use the computer there to explore the various areas of the internet. Which of course when she got a bit deeper, she tended to find things that most of the leaguers didn't want to be known. Mostly because they were fan stories that got way out of hand. Esp that one with Q and Ted... And well, there was tons of things about Toon Girl too, with all sorts of mishaps and the like. And being the internet, most of them weren't all that safe, but then most fan stories of the leaguers were like that. And there was alsot that one 'creepypasta' with Lizard and Warden... Waiting for the others to come back started to get boring after awhile, not even going down a video rabbit hole with all these weird conspiracies about the league was entertaining enough. Though the one about Lizard and Q being relatives was neat. Considering no one was here, and she wanted to tell the story of what happened on her mission, Toon Girl opened a document and started to type, just so she wouldn't forget all the fun details. Plus if they weren't going to be here, she was just going to spam their e-mails with this story! Everyone carries a phone! She started her story with her arrival to sweden. Apparently some scientist had gone crazy with a growth serum that turned organic things giant when eaten, and he was using giant animals to terrorize local towns. Sure this was bad enough, but the worry was that this was a test for him to see if they'd be effective, before he moved on to the bigger cities. As to why he wanted to do all this, no one knew, but it was thought that the rampant destruction could disrupt the particle collider, and no one wanted to see what would happen if that went haywire. Toon Girl was one of the first people to react to the call to action, and apparently was the only one for awhile. Teleporting in to the scene, she found herself surrounded by lots of giant bunnies and squirrels and mice all the size of a bus or a car. And they were hungry, or at least thats what she figured as they were nibbling on the sides of buildings, trying to eat them for sustenance. Thankfully the town was abandoned, after all, seeing giant fluffy animals come over the horizon would be enough to get any town evacuated. Having to deal with fluffy animals, Light wans't sure what to do. Heck, it was weird they didn't just keel over from their metabolisms, but then this was wacky science gone wrong, so all bets were off. Shrugging, she charged the first animal, a giant squirrel. It turned to her, but as it was deciding what to do, she punched the thing into the horizon. Toon Girl paused her typing for a minute as she tried to remember what she said at that moment, and when she couldn't think of anything, just decided to wing it. Continuing, she put down a funny quip, and went on with detailing her fight with the rest of the giant animals. It pretty much ended with most of them being sent flying or tied up. Though the most creative thing she did was lure a giant rabbit into a nasty uppercut via a giant carrot, using the carrot to uppercut the rabbit. When the animals were disposed of, the scientist himself came out of the ground on top of a giant worm, one that was much, much bigger than the animals previously. He said something like "Thought you could foil my plans huh?" or something like that, Toon Girl couldn't remember. But the fight went much the same, Toon Girl saying another quip, dodging the worm's body slam by using one of her holes to teleport up to where the scientist guy was riding the worm, and punching the guy off his perch onto the ground. And this is where things got fun, and the part she wanted to get to with the other leaguers, if any of them bothered to show up. After picking up the scientist guy and tying him up and all that, the worm decided it had enough and ate the pair! And boy was that gross! Have you ever been inside a worm? With all the slime and undulation and all that? Let alone with a guy who was basically super terrified about the whole ordeal? Him saying stuff like "How could this happen?" and "Noooo!" and some other choice words Toon girl thought would get censored. Since she had to make sure this guy didn't get digested, she had to cut her way out of the worm as they moved, using her fingers as sharp knives and slashing at the worm from the inside until she was able to make a large gash and pull herself and her captive out. Covered in all the fun wormy juices, the worm itself dead, the authorities arrived to take the guy into cusdity. And after a nice shower, considering what she was covered in, Toon Girl came back to see no one. "There, I'll just send this to everyone. That'll show them for not being here this whole day!" Toon Girl said, making sure to be extra explicit on the whole 'inside a worm' thing, embellishing it.
