After taking forever, I have finally gotten The One's reworks down!

[b]Changelog:
[indent]The One[/indent][/b][indent][indent]■ Replaced Top Hat Slash with the less comical, not so Freddy Fuckboy-ish Top Hat Fucking Slash. Yup, slashing people with his top hat is no longer a joke. Along with that, it has another variant called Top Hat Fucking Slashplosion to go along with it.

■ Added Sonic Bitchin' Burst as another way to be an annoying piece of shit my knocking people back, as well as giving him a second, quicker, damaging mobility option.

■ Added Top Hat Fucking Odyssey as a ranged way to attack using his literal hat; can be used for mix ups. Has another variant called Top Hat Fucking Explodyssey which acts similarly to the rockets with Top Hat Fucking Boost, save that they have less longevity and move faster.

■ Added Cool Guys Don't FUCK AROUND WITH SHITS LIKE YOU, BIIIIIII- as a way to throw off opponents who can't ki-sense... which is like, some of them.

■ Added Gentleman's God Damn Agreement as a way to combo with a certain set of moves, as well as reward The [s]Player[/s] One for utilizing this to their advantage.
