Flying Pokémon--Starly, Pidgey, and what not--were beginning their notorious chirping to signal a start of a new morning. Along with the growing green and luscious fauna that adorned the grass and trees, it made for quite a beautiful and appeasing atmosphere, especially for a ceremony to induct the Ranger School's newest batch of students as they begin their training for whatever jobs they choose and adventures they have in the future. A group of teachers, some in formal and some in more outdoorsy attire, stood in front of the school. In front of the teachers stood the various students of the Ranger School, some of which who had come from faraway regions to train as either a Ranger, Operator or a Mechanic. Regardless of where they came from or whoever they were, they had all passed some form of test to be here. Whilst it was a noble aspiration for one to apply to the Ranger School, in essence, it was still a school, and had its various tests and entrance exams. Those lucky or skillful enough to pass were now those that waited for the teachers to begin the entrance ceremony as they proudly wore their new uniforms amid a sea of green jackets. Some were off murmuring to each other or their friends, while others waited in silence. Both their time at the Ranger School and after they graduate would more than likely prove itself to be rigorous, so it wasn't entirely unexpected a wave of nervousness would befall the students. A wave of nervousness about to be broken, that is. "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls." A voice spoke, stepping forth from the crowd of teachers. Everyone's attention turned to the voice, revealing a middle-aged man in a suit as he greeted the students. "Allow me to be the first to introduce you to the Ranger School as you begin your journeys wherever life takes you." The man paused before speaking once more. "Whether you wish to become a Ranger, an Operator, or a Mechanic, you all came here with one goal in mind: to learn." Outstretching his hand, the man motioned towards the students. "Those that stand next to you will be your companions throughout this quest, and us, your mentors. View them or us however you will, but by being here, you represent the face of the Ranger Union and yourself. I, as your principal, expect you to take pride in being so, allowing us to continue the duty of protecting Pokémon and people alike." After announcing his little speech, the man stepped down from his podium to the tune of whatever applause existed and allowed some else, a female, a chance to speak. "Thank you, Mr. Charles." The female spoke, clapping along before the applause died down. "Students, before you are dismissed to explore your surroundings, there is a list inside the school that will tell you where your classroom is. Make sure to read it before the bell rings so you aren't late to class on your first day." The teacher finished, dismissing the students so they may have a chance to familiarize themselves with the Ranger School before class began.

[sup]Current Theme: Pokémon Ranger - Vientown Theme[/sup]

Crap, crap, crap...! Being native to Vientown, Lillian had thought she would have time to eat a nice warm breakfast one more time in her own home before having to grow accustomed to the dorm life at the Ranger School. After all, the small quaint town was connected directly to the school via a road, so it wouldn't be a long walk. However, Lillian wasn't expecting herself to savor the meal and take her sweet time eating it. Grabbing her green jacket from the coat rack, Lillian hastily pulled it over herself as her eyes glazed over one of the remaining pieces of toast. "Bye, mom! Tell dad I'll visit him when I can!" Lillian announced, snatching the piece of toast and chewing down on it as she ran in towards the direction of the Ranger School. All Lillian had to do was cross a nearby bridge, but there was no telling if the entrance ceremony had already begun until she arrived. Thankfully, the ceremony hadn't started, and Lillian soon blended into the crowd of green jackets, although while gnawing a piece of toast. Lillian wasn't sure if she would get caught for having food, but she wasn't about to pass up her mother's freshly baked bread-turned-toast with buttery goodness! Not long after Lillian finished her piece of toast, a man stepped up to the podium in front of the students. The man's speech was one of passion, perhaps trying to summon some sort of courage or pride within the students that stood before him. Turning her full attention to him, Lillian was all ears. Lillian looked up to her older brother and wanted to be just like him, therefore she needed to pay close attention to whatever the school staff might have plans to announce. Thankfully, paying attention paid off, as the next speaker explained how they would find the classroom they were assigned too. Once the students were dismissed, Lillian looked around absently as the crowd went their separate ways. She didn't see anyone she might've known, so instead of standing around like an awkward idiot, Lillian walked inside to check her classroom number. There were already a few students checking out their number, forcing Lillian to wait until they cleared the area for her to check the board. "Classroom 1-A, huh..." Lillian nonchalantly spoke out loud to herself as her finger ran down the list of names. Turning her head to the rest of the hallway, Lillian began to wonder who of those walking around nearby were in her classroom.
[@Raddum][@ALonelyParrot]
