[@The Angry Goat][@baraquiel][@ineffable] I already PM'ed one of you here and the other on Discord, however I can't stress this enough. The sample post has to meet the theme to an extent, even if it's just teleporting to a mostly empty Watchtower at the end and bumping into somebody. One player completely f'ing killed his sample post with a nice twist. I got goosebumps reading subtle hints about what's going on currently in the RP carrying over to this new volume in another past player's sample post.
THE SAMPLE POSTS, AND THE EFFORT AND CREATIVITY PUT INTO THEM, WILL BE THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF EVERYONE'S CHARACTER SHEET. HOW YOU TIE IT INTO THE THEME... WHAT YOU DO BEFORE AND AFTER THE METRO TOWER COMES INTO PLAY... AS WELL AS OTHER HEROES/BACKGROUND HEROES COMING INTO SCENES... THIS WILL DETERMINE IF YOU MAKE THE CUT.
Some of you (and this is directed @ everybody) have okay sample posts. Some of you have great sample posts that just don't tie into the theme. The sample post is the most important part of the CS. More important than codenames, powers, heroic legacies... its 50% of the grade. On a more positive note, and this is directed at the past players who've submitted CS's... I really like a lot of the Background Leaguer suggestions.
- Ω
