Whoever had sent her a text could take a number and wait. She kept her eyes focused on Declan, attempting to think through some explanation for his burns, only to be shocked by Finley's confession. Raising an eyebrow, Jenna turned and stared at her friend. She supposed it was possible that Finn was telling the truth - she could see ghosts, after all. Rather than protesting, Jenna looked at Finley as she continued to explain. Finley was her friend. Jenna trusted her. As improbable as it seemed, she'd just have to accept Finley at her word until evidence suggested otherwise. "I believe you," Jenna said simply. She then turned to Declan, still waiting on an explanation for those burns. He was looking at her as well and she noticed how red his face was. Werewolf? Her eyebrow raised once more. He turned into a mindless beast that attempted to bite and infect other humans, then, according to most books and television shows. While she didn't know if that was the truth, it was what the word werewolf meant to her. If it was anyone else, Jenna would advocate for either killing them or putting them in confinement until a cure could be found. But this was Declan, her friend. "Did you hurt anyone?" she asked. Jenna then sighed, brushing some hair out of her face. She glanced at Finley and Dec, knowing that they owed a confession as to why she sent them on a wild goose chase. "I sent you here to keep you away from town hall, so that way I could talk with Mayor Ryder...I see ghosts."
