[@Mariana Collie] Yep the site I use (polyvore) lets you layer stuff and crop things so that's basically how I make them! And I'm a bit unsure of what you mean by movable/flash-type; would it mean like having the blurry thingy behind the person to indicate that they're moving really really fast?

As for the resolution, it might be because I have to screenshot it? the website doesn't let me directly save as an image which is annoying but yeah
