Most of the standard greys, there fine, easily read. I like the style of thr muted grey, it can look very nice done right, and with some creative flair and contrast colours. Do you need properly it's nice. 

But a few colours, just look at your post and realise. Maybe it's a good idea to make it more readable.
Maybe just use a few tones up, no need to use bright yellow.

Light shades of gray are easy for me to pick up without needing to highlight on my screen. Personally, I'm not a fan of when people use super dark colors like [color=maroon]maroon[/color] or [color=navy]navy[/color]. [color=yellow]And bright yellow is a fine color, although I think I've only used it once. Honestly I like them better than most colors [b]since I bold dialogue to make it pop from[/b][/color] [color=gray]the gray I use for fluff.[/color]
