Bullworth Academy was the sate of an uprising last night after a teenager attempted to take over the school. Gary Smith, a 15-year-old boy, single handedly conspired to overthrow the academy's principal, Dr Crabblesnitch. Smith assaulted both students and teachers over a period of 6 months to gain control of the facility. His plan was foiled by a classmate, 15-year-old Jimmy Hopkins, along with the assistance of his friends, primarily Pete Kowalski and Zoe Taylor. [i]"Gary is a sociopath. A psycho. He tried to manipulate people into helping him take over the school. I wasn't about to let that happen,"[/i] commented Hopkins. Just a few days prior, Hopkins had been the one to be expelled for Smith's crimes, before the expulsion became quickly repealed.

Smith has a history of mental instability, since being diagnosed with attention deficit disorder in his youth. Professional psychiatrists have observed narcissism and psychopathic tendencies. Aside from temporary medication, no further steps have been taken with regards to Smith's mental health. This is largely because of his age, but is now scheduled to undergo a full mental assessment at the Happy Volts psychiatric centre. Smith has been expelled from the academy, and faces criminal charges.
