So I wasn't sure how we wanted to do a time skip so I tried to let my post pull everyone into a single timeline moment aka the house time announcement. 

Basically you can do whatever it is in your post; however, everyone in the house at 7:15 AM will hear the smart house alarm announce that it is 7:15 AM. Your post for what happens before that can go on a long as need be (perhaps your character has a very long conversation with their self? 

Also if you want to have your character interact with Devin feel free to control him to a degree. I actually add in my post how he was interacting with people if they stopped by the kitchen. Feel free to add a little more if you want. I can review and let you know if it is anything odd or whatever. That said I am not that worried unless one of you know his deepest darkest secrets.
