Oh dear, I am really sorry. Following one of my longest insomnia bouts, I thought I could post if I just stared at the screen forever. But instead, I ended up drifting off and went to bed. Got more hours of sleep than in the past week which was nice, but that meant I lied about when I would be posting. I have energy now to last me writing a post, it just seems there will be some catch up.
