A rough looking blond who stands at around six feet even, he has blue eyes and appears to be of average build. The charming young man is usually adorned in equipment provided by PubSec - when he isn't wearing his gear he's in casual clothes. Mostly sweat pants and a wife beater, his uniform - when he is in it. Usually is sloppy, while very rare to see it crisp and clean. Due to lax standards and personal neglect, his uniform has seen better days. Besides that, on occasion, Zack will grow out facial hair but as of recent he's staved off the need to.

While to his colleagues he may appear to be joking, as Zack tends to make frequent jokes about the situation or in general to make light of a situation. When in the presence of those of higher authority, or in the presence of citizens, criminals, and others he'll be more serious, cynical and perhaps rude. Zack hates authority and resents his superiors, he feels more at home being a ground officer than sitting at a desk. Zack hasn't seen love and tends to distance himself from others who would try to court the young suave man, the only person Zack has become good friends with is Biff Hellcat.

Born in New Jisei, Zack Killchain braved the streets of the rugged Ghetto with his family. When his family was "relocated", Zack was left alone with his grand father - Goonster Killchain. In his early teens, Zack always seemed to get in trouble and taking care of his grand father was hard on the young man. That was until Biff Hellcat appeared. The famous actor somehow - talked his way into living with the two, his silver tongue proved useful when debt collectors came and Hellcat talked them down. Goonster was eternally indebted to Hellcat's kindness. When Biff joined the force, Goonster forced Zack to join as well - he had to make sure Biff stayed safe, it was the least the family could do for the man.

Now on the force, Zack stays by Biff's side making sure he doesn't get shot, booked or worse - deported. Despite Biff being fired numerous times, the force just needs people and Biff just happens to be that one person. Zack too has seen a share of disciplinary actions, his violent behavior and alleged criminal connections has put both the men under investigation as they continue to work for PubSec.
