This was the first party he was invited to, ever. As a child he always dreamed of being invited to a classmate's birthday party, or perhaps attend a little shindig that was said to be happening. But his locker was always empty, the only letters he received in the mail were bills, and his social media accounts were depressingly silent. Though, he never used the damn thing anyways, it was nice to imagine what it felt like to have people talk to you like you were a human being. Everyone sees what they want to see, and in Isaac's case, they saw a monster. His face was nothing pretty to look at, his stature was far too large for a normal high school student, and he was terrible at social interactions with the opposite gender. A brute. A beast. A vagabond. He had so many memories and no one to share them with. That was the worst part. That he desperately clung to the happiest memories from times so long ago to ward away his solitude, as if these precious bits of history were to save him from the downward spiral he fell further into. But at least he had someone to talk to this time around. “I, uh, to be honest have no idea what to do,” said Isaac. “But I read on the internet that we're supposed to drink or somethin'.” That's what regular high schoolers do at a party, right? Isaac motioned for Nate to follow him towards the bar where the two would figure out their next course of action. There were so many bottles of liquids it was mesmerizing. But he had no idea what the Hell he was looking at. Vodka? Whiskey? Rum? Bourbon? Cognac? How do you even pronounce cognac? "Please... no fight." Two angry guys were pushing and shoving each other hollering obscenities and anything else that came to their minds. Isaac was surprised and impressed. He never knew one could use the word “fuck” in so many different ways. He will have to search this up on the internet later. The boy walked up to the two rather irate gentlemen and placed a firm hand on both of their shoulders. Isaac was 6'4 of pure awkward. His eyes looked down on the two, his height clearly intimidating the both of them unintentionally. “This ain't the place to do this. If we're gonna have a brawl, then we should have it at the 365.” Isaac motioned over to Nate with a simple nod of his head. “My friend and I are fighters too. Why don't ya' join us? Get all that aggression out.” There were too many eyes on them. Too many people watching this spectacle unfold. Too many females watching him. Isaac's nerves flared and his grip tightened on the boy's shoulders. A vein swelled in his neck and his eyes widened. He looked down to the boys hoping they had not noticed his fear kicking in. Smile Isaac, smile to let 'em know everythin' is okay and you're just a normal dude who's totally not afraid. Yep, they noticed alright. The two ran in opposite directions while Isaac held in his vomit. He bent down with his hands on his knees and gave Nate a thumbs up. “Damn it. Now Nate thinks I'm weird. I mean, I am, but Hell,” he thought. Whatever. Get drinks. Try to resume their friendly and non-weird atmosphere as best as you can. Isaac, without looking, leaned against the bar and rubbed his temples. “Can I get two vod-” Then he noticed Min-seo at the bar staring at him. “-kaaah...”
