I had a feeling that's the match up you'd be looking for. I don't mind if it's ranked. I didn't establish any limits or numbers in Finnegans profile because the definition of Low Tier can vary a bit. So the strength of his buffs I vary depending on the scene/fight. I can work off the established limits you have in Annabelles profile easily enough.
