Kukui also noticed the empty seat. "I wonder what's keeping him..." Kukui thought aloud. The door flung open as a trainer, a Rotomdex and a Pikachu rushed in, out of breath. "You're late Ash." Kukui said. Ash bowed in apology to the class, than turned to do it for Principal Oak and Kukui before seeing who the guest lectures are. "It's you guys!" Ash said with a smile. "Pika!" Pikachu said with a smile. "Great, well let's begin" Kukui said. "Please welcome our first guest speaker, 'Dragon Master' Liam Coleman" Liam took front stage. "Alola class." "Alola!" They echoed back. "Today, I'm going to talk about some of my travels, and show off some Pokémon." Liam began. "I come from Blackthorn City in the Johto Region. We are home to the most prominet Dragon type gyms in the world. The gym leader, Clair is a tough Leader, and those who defeat her earn themselves the Rising Badge." Liam held up the Rising Badge. He also was passing around his case that held every badge he has won so far. He left talking about the Battle Frontier for Shiranui, and discussing the contests for Shashi. "Now, can anyone tell me what types of attacks Dragons are weak too?" Liam asked the class. A red haired boy's hand shot into the air. "Yes." Liam said pointing to the child. "Sophelecles," The boy said introducing himself. "Dragons are weak to Ice, Fairy, and themselves." "Correct." Liam said. "Now, I'm going to show you one of my own dragons." He tossed a Luxury Ball into the air and Goodra emerged. "This is-" Liam said before being interupted. "Allow me!" Ash's Rotomdex said flying up and taking pictures of Goodra. "Goodra, the Dragon Pokémon. A Dragon type. It’s very friendly toward people. If you grow close to it, Goodra will hug you with its sticky, slime-covered body. Don’t get it mad. However, if it is left to itself, loneliness overcomes it, and it oozes gooey tears." Goodra began darting over the classroom hugging everyone, boh human and Pokémon alike. They all noted that Goodra was in fact, slimy. Liam also noted that Goodra had a rare ability, known as Gooey and explained that it slowed down Pokémon who made physical contact with him. "Now, Prof. Oak has also sent three Pokémon here to show you that are native to Johto, and Champion Tsukiko and I are going to introduce them." Liam grabbed one of the balls from the box and tossed it up into the air. Liam was expecting one of the Johto starters to emerge, but Bayleef emerged. "Bay! Bay!" Bayleef instantly ran up to Ash's desk and put her front legs up on it and looked at him happilly. Ash than explained that this is his Bayleef, and he wondered why Prof. Oak would send Bayleef instead of borrowing a Chikorita for Prof. Elm. Samson Oak commented that his cousin said these were staers on loan from Prof. Elm, but now that he thinks about it, that Rotom was snickering mischeviously... Liam gave a brief lecture on Bayleef, and the rest of it's evolution line before having Ash help get Bayleef back in her Pokéball. Liam was unsure of this. If Rotom had switched one ball, whose to say it didn't switch the others as well. Who knows what will come out next? Liam deviated for now from those and showed off the other Pokémon he had with him, Smaug the Charizard, Jiriya the Greninja, and his Jangmo-o that he recived not to long before the last Indigo Conference from his father.
