I wrote up a demigod for your consideration [@Lord Zee]

Luclie "Luke" Favaro
Name: Luclie (pronounced Lu-clee) Favaro. He prefers to be called Luke. Gender: Male Age: 27 Birth Parents: Fiala & an unknown human Adoptive Parents: Carlos & Renee Favaro Powers: Jinx: Luclie has the power to bestow bad luck on mortals (because he has very little control over his power, at the moment this manifests entirely unconsciously - he literally doesn’t know he’s doing it) Synesthesia: Although he has been a synesthete his entire life, with the onset of his powers, Luclie can now pass along the sensation to others for as long as they physically touch (again, he doesn’t have any control and isn't aware when he does this) Backstory: Luclie’s earliest memories are of travelling with his birth mother. He doesn’t remember much about her, but he remembers how much he loved taking a nap in the back of their beat-up station wagon and waking up, hours later, in a completely different place. He remembers laying next to her in the trunk of the car, parked along a deserted highway, the back hatch popped open, snuggled up in a mountain of blankets and pillows, and drifting to sleep as she whispered stories about the stars. And he remembers vividly the day after his fourth birthday, when she dropped him off with strangers and never came back. His adoptive parents always stressed that she did it out of love, but that was about all they could tell Luke about his mother - not because they wanted to keep secrets, but because they simply didn’t know that much about her. As he got older, he stopped asking questions. Carlos and Renee gave him a good, stable life, and Luke will never say he didn’t grow up well. But he always felt a certain, unexplainable disconnect from his adoptive family. All in all, Luke lived a mostly normal life. He went to school, got a job, bought a motorcycle and then a house. He married a beautiful woman and had a daughter of his own. He was generally happy, but there was always that feeling that something wasn’t quite right. Then, one day, he heard a ring. It called to him in a way he’d never felt before, and he knew that the source of this ring would help him find answers about that strange feeling he’d felt his entire life, the missing piece about himself. He called his wife and told her he had to go - not forever, he’ll be back soon enough, he promised - got on his bike, and headed toward the ring, unsure of what he’d find but desperate to find it. Motive: Figure out what is missing and where he comes from.
