[@Ejected] I believe he has some very dumb opinions at times, but he's an actual rapper and he does like the genre and speak passionately about it when he enjoys something, he just focuses on being humorous. He's not worth taking that seriously. ;P

As for this song, the instrumental is very much background music feeling for me, albeit pleasant enough. Which on it's own isn't a good or bad thing, but it does make what the artist is saying and his lyrical content stick out. So they need to be a good lyricist. But yeah every song I've heard from Joey Badass (still groan when people use $ signs) shows he's pretty good with wordplay/rhyming/flow. He makes it enjoyable to look at the lyrics while listening, to appreciate the effort put in his craft. And while I'll always prefer serious/heartfelt emotional rap to punchline/brag rap. I still like well crafted lyricism. 7/10
