Uncle wants us to get some groceries remember?" Jace called out to his sister. Their uncle had already left for work and had left money for the two to go shopping. "I'll be there in a minute," she replied as she rushed along as quickly as she could. It was moments like these that made her appreciate her brother even more. He knew that she was a little slower to get going, but treated her like she could easily rush along like everyone else. Jace shook his head, knowing that it would take more like 5 minutes for her to come out of her room. They both hadn't gotten much sleep last night, so it was understandable that she be a little slow. The fact that the two of them had the same dream was really weird, but maybe things like that just happened. It was probably all a coincidence. He walked over to the TV, planning on turning it off, when he saw the news. So much for some strange coincidence. He sat on the couch, staring at the screen, and listening to what they were saying. The woman in Pennsylvania who had died, the exact same way as the woman in their dream. There wasn't much information to go off of, but there was no doubt in his mind that something strange was going on. "I'm ready, so are we going or what?" Janelle said as she made her way into the living room. She heard the TV news report, and stopped in her tracks. "What are you watching?' "Oh, uh, nothing important. Let's get going," he replied as he turned the TV off. He should've known better than to brush it off and assume that Janelle would drop it. "That did not sound like nothing. It was a report about a woman in Pennsylvania who had died, don't try to lie to me'. Jace let out a sigh, knowing that there was no point in hiding it. Janelle had really good hearing, so it was hard to take something back that was said with her around. "Yeah, it was. We can't worry about it now though, we have a few errands to run". "Alright, let's get going. Hey, if you want, we can stop by the House of Jade in Pike Place Market afterwards," he said as he grabbed her by the arm and pulled her out in the hallway. He wanted to put the thought of the woman who was on the news out of his head. He needed to think about other things, like getting groceries, and not anything that is odd or a weird coincidence. Janelle let him drag her out into the hallway. She wasn't even too sure in what way they were even going to get there. They could hop on Jace's motorcycle, or walk, it wasn't all that far. Either way was fine with her, but she did prefer the latter. The motorcycle didn't seem all that safe to her, and she only really was fine with it if they were heading out of the city or something. Walking helped her to feel free and independent. It was something she could easily accomplish without sight. "So, how're we going to get there?" she asked him as they got in the elevator. "Well, was planning on walking. The bike isn't well equipped for grocery runs, and we'd be able to carry more that way. I also know that you don't really care much for the bike," he replied. The two of them were heading down by the waterfront, and it wasn't too far. It would do them some good to get out and walk around.
