The bio is good, don't get me wrong. But it has a couple inconsistencies and errors. Specifically: The way you set her up as a cannibal will NOT work. Not in any way possible.

First, the fact that she killed her mother. That points towards anger instead of insanity. She loved her mother, but killed her and ate her over a fight. I get that you're trying to make it seem like she exploded emotionally, but it seems like she was stabbed to near death and she just "broke".

Second, the way she was inducted into the Enclave wouldn't work. Healing a unit like she did would have gotten her a pat on the back, a weapon possibly, and a door to the face. She wouldn't be offered a permanent place. Not to mention that they wouldn't have wasted the resources to find some raider-like woman out in the wastes who was on the verge of death. Perhaps if she spent more time with him and proved herself they would be swayed.

Third: The Cannibalism. NO. Under no circumstances would she have been able to get away with being a cannibal, double that for being allowed to join a squad. To her, she might not do anything. To the enclave, they see that there is a chance she could snap mid mission and start trying to eat her squadmates. That's a big no. But that aside, having a cannibal in the Enclave is a no, they're shot on sight. No exceptions. If she either never ate her mother or hid it like a ninja, she'd be fine.
