The langauge was a struggle, it was a distant ancestor of the versions of the languges she half remembered from sleep learning during transits to various deployments. He seemed to want to know if they were with the Steelmen or maybe if they were men from the steel beast. Junebug eventually decided this must be some sort of group or faction she didn't know of and shook her head. "We are ...merchants," she said unable to bring the word to explorers or castaways to mind. The man shook his head in confusion. "We need your help," she tried vainly. "Our ...chariot.. has been damaged we need to heal it," she stumbled unfamiliar words tripping her at every turn. At the word heal the chief and the assembled villagers seemed to perk up markedly. He gestured at her with his spear. "You healing spirit. You come village. Eat we talk," he said, making exaggerated gesture. Junebug nodded and smiled broadly before turning to where Neil was cautiously advancing to the wary regard of their new hosts. "Either they want to eat us or we are being invited to their village to eat," she said shrugging helplessly. Taya had still yet to appear from the Highlander, but it didn't seem that the presence of an armed amateur could contribute usefully in an case. "Taya," she said queing the link to to the Highlander with a crook of her little finger. "Get my first aid bag and stash some weapons in something inconspicuous [@POOHEAD189] and get up here on the double."
