[@CollectorOfMyst] You'll have to kill something to move, at the moment you're surrounded.

You could kill one of the spiders between you and the B room, but then you'll have to roll a 6 to escape the Strangler. Or you could kill the Strangler, which is harder, but the Tentacles/Spiders are easier to avoid.
