I posted her as a WIP just for the reason that I knew she needed something to be acceptable

Her Mom could be either deceased or as I was picturing it one of those that couldn't face what she was a part of which left her alone in the world. Her Foster mom is a much needed NPC who I see as the project Psychologist and think she should be similar to Leonard's mom from Big Bang Theory mingled with Sheldon's mom; clinical but nurturing. 

As for a weakness, I could add that she can't disconnect from the net around her which I hinted at in her personality which could mean that she is the Queen of the Non-Sequitur. 

Also, it might be funny if when she gets excited her hair does the Tesla coil trick and touching her in that state can impart an involuntary taser effect
