Oh understand, I could see Kiki making all the governments nervous because of the secrets she may eventually reveal and unlike computers she's able to evolve into a more complex machine each year. I also see part of her growth in software as well as she develops or those that work on or with her develop better programs and languages. 

Then there is her antenna which is her nervous system becoming stronger, more sensitive and eventually making her able to connect to computers anywhere on earth; presently I see her max range at 5 kilometers for common computers and maybe 100 meters for standard military systems and touch only for the best hardened and shielded systems. 

Her Taser ability is in its infancy and touch only and may always be as far as biologicals are concerned but it may become an EMP projector able to crash systems all around her when she gets older
