The house still made her feel a bit uneasy, but there wasn't much she could do about it. At least the police could take care of it, for the most part anyway. She still wasn't too sure what they could do, since they were still having problems after the mayor's murder. Now they had another body to deal with, and that made her feel bad for them. She sat quietly as he called other officers to show up to the old house. Lydia looked over at the house, where James' body now sat in the cellar. She petted the little kitten that was still in her arms, and she was amazed at the fact that it was still with her. The truth was that she probably needed to name it eventually. She couldn't just keep calling it "the kitten" forever. Lydia pushed that out of her mind, since odds were people were going to ask questions when they showed up, and she needed to be ready with her answers.
