It fits, given the Central Authority kept some hard limits on the powers and capabilities of transhumans in it's territory as best it could, but yeah may want to vary up Clock. Still glad to see you join and you definitely have the right mindset towards making a interesting colony. Building a Titan is a bit of a stretch though, possible but a very challenging project to undertake when under fire.
