Usually we try to not influence people's choices beyond what's necessary. However, if you cannot decide, I'd say to not choose the dark one. This RP is not supposed to be housing much more grim characters than it already have.

You can pick the cute choice, but I advise against making her a defenseless type. Give her at least one or two defining characteristics, same with the vampire idea.
