Late afternoon turned to evening as the travelers delved into their research, poring over dusty tomes and cracked leatherbacks. The group collectively had enough experience and understanding to realize that research would provide much-needed answers, and answers they received. Hidden away in the dark recesses of the Mavrosian library were texts about many things and rumors about many others. Perhaps traveling to cities that carried more specific stories might yield more specific answers, but at the end of four hours, many of the more broad questions had been answered. Lawrence kept busy by retrieving books and replacing the discarded articles, as well as pointing out where specific sections of the library were. By the end of four hours, tge group had only begun to tap into the wealth of knowledge contained in the library, but fatigue was beginning to set in. Duke Vicente, having finished his required duties for the day, poked his head into the library. "My friends and fellows, I have a meal prepared for you all in the Great Hall. It is a feast fit for heroes, and I pray it shall invigorate your minds and bodies. A respite may be helpful, and you can share the information you have gathered." The invitation seemed to be a wise suggestion, and although any could choose to refuse it, turning down such a feast might not be the best idea. All who accepted the invitation could then follow Duke Vicente to where he had held court, and the long Great Hall now held a table of the finest foods from many cultures. From dwarven ale to elven lambas, anything the travelers could desire was waiting for them. "Please, enjoy, and share with us your findings," the Duke requested, pulling up a chair at the head of the table.
