[@Typhon] Absolutely but there needs to be more meat on that bone or you need to think about what balance means to you or your god. Balance is a very abstract term and the more abstract a concept is the harder it is to pin down powers game wise and in a more storytelling way difficult to understand what that means and how you would gather worshipers and such. Using your balance idea, what does he balance? If he balances everything how would that be reflected on where he lives? Will everybody be divided into democrats and republicans? Will it be a 50/50 sex ratio? Will everything be a stagnant place full of (ironically) order that is in perfect balance with nobody rebelling or total anarchy that the government gave up on? If he only balances things like temperament people might commit suicide less, less people will be subject to violent crime, ect. 

I'm not saying no, I'm saying dig deeper into the pantheon.
