Upon arriving you were told to change into a hospital gown, then taken on a gurney, past several exam tables in what looked to be an old warehouse or factory building, to a table, where you were strapped down. There a tall, muscular woman came to check your straps before a man in a lapcoat came over and began speaking with a British accent. "Hello, my name is Ajax. Welcome to the Workshop, where we turn ordinary people who have had a turn of bad luck into superheros. If you think Superpowers are acquired painlessly, though, you are sadly mistaken." He inserted an IV into your arm and began injecting some sort of blue liquid that was hanging beside the bed. "You see, in order to get powers, I'll have to inject you with a chemical which will unlock any mutant genes that may be hidden within your DNA. Adrenaline acts as the catalyst for the change, so in order for it to work I'm going to have to hurt you." He injected a syringe full of adrenaline into the line with the blue liquid. "You know, I used to use a lot of euphemisms, "this may sting", "the process may be a bit tough on you," that sort of thing. But I don't bother any more. You see, I was a patient here as well, just like Angel here." He motioned to the woman with his head. "It made her inhumanly strong, but gave me superior reflexes. It also scorched my nerve endings, so I no longer feel pain, or, in fact, anything at all." He motioned and two mercenaries walked over. "Go get the Gym ready. I need a work on my punches, and someone just delivered a punching bag to us."
