People seem to be getting a wee bit confused, so I'm going to clear a couple of things up, and try not to sound like an arse when doing it.

1. We're Fire Warriors from the T'au Sept/Planet (at least the Tau are), that's [url=https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/warhammer40k/images/3/36/Tau_Fire_Warriors_Battle.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130101201817]these guys here[/url], who can take a Pulse Rifle or Pulse Carbine as standard.

2. We're pretty much all of an equal footing, the Tau being either [i]Shas'saal[/i] (cadets/rookies) or [i]Shas'la[/i] (line troopers), while the Gue'vesa and Kroot are their respective 'medium' ranks. This is how we're all [b]beginning[/b], how we end up is another matter.
