So I had an idea but I want to run it by first.

Would it be necessarily OP to have an individual who can [b]temporarily[/b] deactivate powers with [b]avoidable ranged attacks[/b]?

I was thinking a small little squad of people who use their powers to uphold the law against dangerous criminals and may have certain villains and gangs on their watch list. The [b]leader[/b] would be able to put a lock on superhuman powers by affecting the genetical codes that allow it for a [b]short amount of time.[/b]

All anti-heroes though.

If you guys think it is too op I can just tone her powers down to normal shock-based abilities.
