APPEARANCE: Standing at a strong built 6' 1" Ned has dark red hair which while unkept and shaggy is kept decently short. He has a short beard that covers the bulk of his lower face which is weathered and scared from years of hard work and manual labor. His back is burnt with a farmer's tan and his hands blistered and callused.As for his material looks Ned always wears a pair of stone washed jeans a usually stained tank top with a thick flannel over shirt. Atop his head he usually wears a flat cap to keep the sun out of his blue eyes. On his feet he wears a pair of steel toed Brown Hinterland boots.
PERSONALITY: Ned's personality is a simple one he tends to be blunt with the facts and isnt one to mince words if something is bad he will say it is bad. As for socially he has a unusal charisma with his dark but always enduring humor. He tends to look at a man not by his words but by his actions and doesnt trust those who tend to stray towards their own safety instead of the betterment of the group.
HISTORY: Born in Oakridge Oregon where he grew up a simple backwoods life fishing hunting and helping his father with his fledging mechanics shop servicing the lumber trucks which commonly drove through the town. At the age of 16 Ned dropped out of highschool to take over his father business. where Ned worked for several years until the age of 25 when his father died of lung cancer. Inheriting the business Ned borrowed some loans and tried to improve the business. While it began to work at first but soon the debts began to pile up. Soon the bank took away his home and after his business. Soon over burdened with debts Ned lost everything band became a drifter. Landing a job as a trucker. Living in his truck ned lived a life on the road wandering.When the outbreak hit Ned didnt change much still staying on the road in his truck dscavaging for food. This went on until his truck broke down a few miles from the facility . Wandering through the woods killing walkers along the way until he hit the fence of the facility. Hopping it he stayed the night until he was found the next morning by the survivors within.
SPECIAL SKILLS: 
Ned is a experianced mechanic able to fix most anything that runs on a motor and can usually improvise most things when materials are scarce. Aside from that he is experianced in outdoorsmanship from his days hunting and camping in the back woods of oregon. A good shot with a hunting rifle Ned is known for his skills in hunting all sorts of game from rabbits to bears making this skill easily appiled to human targets.
ORIGIN: When his truck broke down he wandered for hours until hitting the border of the facility breaking his way in where he was found by the survivors the next morning
WEAKNESSES: 
Ned has a certain affinity to alchohol resorting to it whenever times get tough. this and his blunt personality cause Ned to forsake all hope when the situation gets too tough. Aside from that he tends to have a temper easily angered when people pose a threat to him and his groups well being resorting to violence even if it isn't in the groups best interests.
