[@Darkmoon Angel]As far as Majins go, you would need to create a compelling story as to why a majin would be roaming free, is he/she the prime or original majin of this world/timeline, and most likely you would need to nerf him/her greatly.

We've got a fair amount of interest, so for the next 2-3 days I will be getting to work on the OOC. I would give you all the Character Application now, but I'm still in the middle of reworking one from a friend to better fit this game. Still don't be afraid to brainstorm and what not.
