Okay cool I think I can approve your character now, I'll let you know if I want any more edits down the line, and yes was planning to add Yakuza & Triads to the known mobs let me know if you have ideas for names and logos for the said gangs and I'll work it into the lore.

And civilian identity is required for this RP but you can be creative in what kind of 'person' he acts like when he isnt in alien form.

Electricity is  fine, write up the powers as you see fit and then I'll look it over and ask for edits/removal.
