I have an old character idea that never quite made it to light, but their power is essentially "[url=http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Tattoo_Manipulation]Tattoo Manipulation[/url]", which a lesser ability to manipulate the properties of most inks, either using them (to an extent) for offense of defense. It's a telekinetic power which requires a lot of focus by the user. 

That character from the Elektra comics/movie comes to mind, but I'm not sure if I'd want a channeled ability or not to sustain the power.

Any thoughts?
