Only one person so far has actually reciprocated Noriaki's feelings. 

Noriaki is like that character in all the shows that is the comic relief and is always getting slapped or hurt and the audience wonders why they keep her around until she has that one moment where she proves her worth and then right when she finally earns respect it's back to the comedic relief.
