Notes on application:

I created this application after about 4 years of thought on creating a clan center with disaster preparadness folded in. This took into account real world sources of money, it just so happens i have enough money to make a start on it and i also know one other wealthy backer, who, we'll pretend for this game is interested in it. With this i was able to work out a relativly conservative (ha!) budget. Bare in mind that i intend to run this as a colony game and have atleast 20 people, so funding of this size would not be uncommon for that many people.

The people ive included are not all PCs but i may use them from time to time to spice up interactions. I will also have a number of non-NPC characters who i'll flesh out as appropriate. I hope you have some random tables for recruitment drawn up!
