I'm okay with Raptors to a certain extend. They are very rare and often do not travel further then the edges of the Badlands. To have one as mount is an exceptional rare sight.

Yeah, I don't plan on them actually being common outside of the badlands. They're cold blooded creatures of great magnitude. Can't imagine going to a cold enviorment would be a good idea. And imagine how scared people would be when they see this giant 700lb lizard walk by them.
