If anyone wants a specific date, then next Saturday at the very latest. That's the 17[sup]th[/sup] of February. Basically: take your time. You don't need to rush to get anything up, a week can go by very slowly. Don't think you're going to miss out because you didn't write your character in a single day. I'll add the application deadline to the 0[sup]th[/sup] post just for future reference.
