I am cool with it being "leveled" or even if it just gets stuck in a swamp. Here's my character sheet as is. As junior NCO in the Armored Division Andy also knows how to utilize the QRTVs strengths in combat and defense, and has rudimentary understanding of other types of older APCs used before the global disaster. Mechanic: If there’s one thing guaranteed to a QRTV driver it’s that the transport is going to break down. Andy of course is well equipped with the skills needed to get her vehicle back into operational condition in a hurry. Her mechanical skills don’t end there however, as she has been working on machines all her life Andy knows her way around most mechanical errors. Anti-Large Weaponry Expert: When push comes to shove sometimes the heavy machine guns mounted on a QRTV aren't enough to bring down those tougher enemies. Thankfully the QRTVs carries anti-large missile weapon systems, and Andy knows how to use them. Give her a minute to set up and lock onto an enemy, and maybe she’ll be able to bring down one of those dangerous giants. Depends on the target. Mechanical Advantage Engineer: What separates man from the beasts? Well some would say mechanical advantage, and it’s a field where Andy shines. Using a collection of pulleys, levers, and incline planes Andy can jury-rig herself up all sorts of contraptions. Andy’s good at planning and envisioning how the machines will work, and her skills can be wildly useful in all manner of situations. Equipment: Quick Response Tactical Vehicle:

First and foremost amongst Andy's arsenal is the swift and deadly APC known as the Quick Response Tactical Vehicle, or QRTV. A stunning display of human engineering the QRTV is well known for being a fast but devastatingly hard hitting weapon system. Armed with smoke screen canisters, a double barreled, optically operated, alternating main gun, and a secondary light machine gun the QRTV can tear apart even armored targets from an impressive four thousand meters. Both guns are operated from inside the gunners seat which is situated just behind the driver. Due to its service style as an APC the QRTV is lightly armored, and vulnerable to attack at close range. In the back of the vehicle is an escape hatch which doubles as a ramp, where up to seven soldiers can cram themselves and their gear inside. Large packs and heavy equipment can be stored on the racks located outside the vehicle, though there is a storage bay underneath the main compartment between the axles. These storage bays also act as bouncy blocks, which can keep the QRTV afloat even in turbulent waters, while two propellers mounted in the back give it steerage and thrust in the water. PP6-B Pistol: A compact, low recoil semi-automatic pistol of medium range and damage, Andy keeps it holstered at her side at all times. The pistol is more of an anti-personnel weapon and not necessarily designed to incapacitate the larger, tougher targets that are often found in the wilds. It is a fairly standard service weapon, and isn't all that fancy.

Anti-Large Missile System II, ALMS-2: ALMS is fairly described by its name. It is a man-portable anti-large weapon system designed to bring down big targets. The new model is less bulky than then original design, and has a smaller missile which allows to shooter to carry extra ammunition without being weighed down to much. Andy keeps it and about six missiles ready to go in the storage compartment of the QRTV. Affectingly called the 'Add Blanket' all NCOs proudly wear it as a badge of their station and division. It is also quite practical, being water resistant and fire retardant and comfortably warm and fashionable. Appearance: Andy is a small person living in a big and dangerous world. She stands at 5’6” tall and weighs in at 130lbs. She’s quite thankful for her small size however because it makes the cramped conditions of the QRTV’s interior more bearable. Andy keeps her straight black hair cut at shoulder length to keep it from getting caught on anything. While on duty she wears her issued fire-resistant jump suit and basic armor plating, along with an oxygen rebreather helmet. Across one shoulder she drapes her AAD cloak to signify her position within the Anselmo Armored Division. Background: Deep within the city’s industrial sector is a small mechanical repair shop named Georgie and Son’s Auto and Mechanical Repair. The store wasn’t much, just a two story building with a garage and customer waiting area on the ground floor, with a tiny apartment on the second. Here George’s son Michal and his small family lived, scraping a meager life for themselves simply thankful they were able to survive at all. George and his son Michal were both skilled mechanics, and worked together on all manner of machinery that was brought to their attention. In the years to come as George began to feel the weight of age bend his back, Michal had a daughter whom he named Andy, and he officially took over running the store, allowing George to retire somewhat, though the older man often found himself working from time to time just for something to do. When Andy turned seven George began to teach her the tricks of the trade, and revealed to her his secret desire. To build himself a small boat and go live on the ocean, away from the monsters that ravaged the land, and away from the crowded inner city he so despised. George had been the son of a sailor, and he dreamed of going out onto the waters in his self-built boat and sailing at least once before he died. Inspired to help her grandfather young Andy schemed with her father and mother, and the three planned to build a small pleasure sailor for the aging patriarch. It took the better part of two years, and it was impossible to keep it secret, but with George’s expertise, and Andy’s vigor the family eventually completed the small sail boat. It wasn’t large enough to live on, as it was a simple little thing, but George was overjoyed and planned on taking Andy and Michal on her maiden voyage, as the small boat only had the capacity to hold three. The small family transported the boat down to the eastern port district and acquired permission from the guardians to take their creation out onto the ocean. Initially the journey was joyous, and the three sailors spent several hours within the protected waters learning to handle the boat, before venturing further out into the ocean. And it was there that disaster struck. A Defkrill, a then unknown species of monster struck from the depths upturning the tiny boat and sending her occupants screaming into the water. The nearby Anselmo Guardians scrambled their ships to come aid the distressed family, but the Defkrill moved to fast, securing the two larger prey in its razor claws and dragging them down to feed. Andy, though frozen and terrified managed to claw her way onto the keel of the upturned boat, and the Anselmo Guardians rescued her before the boat sank below the surface, lost forever like the souls of Michal and George it once carried. Needless to say Andy and her mother were devastated by this sudden loss, and Andy was permanently scarred with a paralyzing fear of deep water, and a vicious hatred for all the monsters that roamed the earth. Without the two men to care for the family the burden of running the repair shop fell onto the shoulders of Andy and her mother, and they became considerably poorer as a result. In her teen years Andy signed on with the Anselmo Guardians, joining the Armored Division, wishing to be using a big gun the front lines of any incursion by the monsters. She got her wish thanks to her previous knowledge in repair and mechanical maintenance, and was assigned to crew the versatile Quick Response Tactical Vehicle or QRTV, as a heavy weapons specialist. The latter part was an odd assignment for one so small, but Andy show aptitude with the weapon systems and QRTV operations allowing her to move quickly through the junior ranks. Upon reaching the rank of Corporal Andy was allowed the chance to see action beyond the cultivated farm land just outside the city walls. She was assigned to the long range Scouts Detachment, a force of vehicles used to transport the Anselmo Rangers from point A to point B, while providing a little extra firepower should the need arise. Andy, to her mother’s dismay, volunteered immediately, and was given a drivers billet in the lead vehicle. Other: Wish: To slaughter every last dangerous monster that roams the earth, and upon doing so live a happy life outside the cramped city, preferably away from the ocean. Trauma: The day Andy’s boat was overturned and her father and grandfather were dragged screaming beneath the waves by the terrifying Defkrill, was the day that scarred her forever. She might’ve survived the encounter physically, but Andy never fully recovered mentally from the horror.
