Surprisingly enough, pinterest actually has some really good ones. Deviantart isn't too bad either. Most of the time though, I'll turn to google/bing/yahoo image search. My go to starting place is 'surreal' and then some kind of inspiration race (elf or demon etc...). Follow the trails until I find something I really like.
