Describe in a 600 words or less what makes you qualified for the requested position: [b]I have served in the Navy ever since I was 21 and have been dedicated to the navy ever since. Despite getting a significant boost because of my families status within the Navy (Everyone knows my father, Admiral Cresswell), I have worked hard for each position I have earned. I have never expected anything to be given to me despite people saying I should already be a captain.

I have just finished a deployment aboard the Destroyer UNSF Winchester as XO, and have been an XO prior to that on the UNSF Valhalla. My skills as an XO has given me intricate knowledge of how ships and their internal systems. While i have enjoyed being deployed on various smaller ships, i want to serve on a much larger ship before i apply for a captains rank. Going further back I have had roles as a communications officer on several ships and a communications specialist before. Currently I hold the rank of Lieutenant and have been given several commendations. I believe that my experience makes me the perfect candidate for this role and that i can help bring some vital skills to the bridge team.[/b]
