At 6'1" and 215lbs, Connor is a fairly well built individual. He has short hair that he will occassionally let grow to slick back. He keeps his facial hair relatively short but isn't averse to growing the occassional beard. He has scarring across the left side of his chest that carries around his shoulder and around to his back. This scarring is where his cybernetic arm is attached and a result of his injury.

Growing up Connor was always a hopeful and positive individual, even with the situation the world was descending into. However this all changed when he went through the incident that resulted in him getting a cybernetic arm. After having his trust betrayed by his partner he found it very hard to allow people into his life. Even after the miraculous job many people did to keep him alive, he doesn't fully trust anyone apart from himself.

In addition to his trust issues, he regularly has flashbacks of the incident in question while he sleeps. He wakes up in a cold sweat clasping as his cold cybernetic arm. He can easily become distracted by his search for his former partner, sometimes at the detriment of other cases he is working on.

Connor's main motivation to join the team is the hunt for his former partner. While he has always strived to be the best police officer he can be, he is often pre-occupied in his search. Connor believes that being part of this new team will give him a better chance to find who he is looking for.

Connor was the typical recruit growing up, wanting nothing more than to be a police officer and do whatever he could to improve the lives of law abiding citizens. As he hit the streets he realised that there was only so much that he could get accomplished. With heavily armed criminals, crooked police officers and mountains of red tape obstructing him, barring a confession it was almost impossible to get a conviction. This didn't stop him from trying everything he could to bring criminals to justice.

His partner since his first day was Dominic Tarkov, someone Connor had gone through training with. While recruits were often paired with experienced officers, Dominic and Connor had to partner up due to the shortage of experienced officers at the time. They worked well together for eight years, being responsible for some of the biggest arrests in the department. What Connor was unaware of was that as the years rolled on, Dominic became more and more disillusioned with the police. For every big name criminal he and Connor had put away, three others walked away. Their lifestyles and almost freedom to do whatever they wanted slowly ate away at Dominic until one day, he gave in.

Connor and Dominic were called as backup to robbery in progress on an APEX Industries depot. During the entire car ride to the location Dominic was very hesitant and tried his best to convince Connor to ignore the call. Upon arrival there Dominic grabbed Connor by the arm and shouted that they shouldn't be there. When entering the depot they were confronted with the sight of four of their colleagues, along with severel security guards, bullet ridden and mortally wounded. While taking cover Connor made a call for backup only to see Dominic walk straight towards the criminals. They didn't fire their weapons upon seeing him, instead letting out a cheer. Connor stood up to see Dominic shaking hands and smiling with them all, picking up a prototype laser rifle. 

Connor emerged from cover demanding the group surrender, only for Dominic to approach him with a smile on his face. Dominic spoke of the money he was making helping the raiders, how much money Connor could make by helping him but Connor wasn't interested. His honour and oath as a police officer wouldn't let him turn to a life of crime. Dominic's smile faded and he apologised, which confused Connor. That was until Dominic raised the laser rifle and fired a shot at Connor, hitting him square in the shoulder. As he fell to the floor Connor pulled the trigger on his pistol and as the shots echoes faded, he heard Dominic let out a cry of pain. Connor hit the floor with a solid thud, hearing a distinct thud close to him, he turned to see his right arm lying separated from his body. The smell of burnt flesh and the sound of it crisping from residual heat was compounded by an agonising pain rocketing throughout his body. 

Connor bit into his left arm to avoid letting out a sound, staring up at the ceiling above. Moments later his vision began to blur before eventually blacking out. He awoke several days later in a highly advanced hospital, at the foot of his bed stood a doctor and next to him a man in a suit. The doctor took the time to explain what happened and carefully introduced Connor to his new arm. When the doctor finished the man in the suit introduced himself as Quentin Suarez. 

Quentin explained that he was an executive for APEX Industries and he was there to show their gratitude for his actions. His shot towards Dominic caught the crooked police officer in the side of the head, tearing half of his face off. It was enough to distract the gang until back up arrived a couple of minutes later. As the number of sirens increased exponentially, the gang ran. They made off with little more than a few small handguns, saving APEX a massive amount of money. Quentin said that due to what he did, APEX would provide Connor with the equipment needed to the best job he possibly could. 

Initially Connor was hesitant but while recovering he saw a newsfeed that claimed Dominic was still alive. As soon as he heard that, he contacted APEX to take them up on their offer. He was greeted at their headquarters by Quentin, who was glad to see Connor take up the offer. What came next surprised Connor, a further offer was placed onto the table in front of him. A folder with the Mayor's seal on the cover contained documents explaining the formation of a new specialist investigative unit. Quentin explained that they wanted Connor to join the unit after his recovery, to help both APEX And Connor out. 

Quentin didn't get to his position by being stupid, he knew that Dominics face being plastered on the news and Connor accepting their offer was not a coincidence. He told Connor that the new unit would have access to more information than he ever could in his standard role, to help him find Dominic and bring him to justice. What APEX would get from it would be an individual kitted out entirely in their gear as a persistant advertisement. Their hope was that the Mayor would see their gear bringing peace to the city on a great scale and give them a sole contract for supplying police equipment in the city. Connor didn't hesitate in agreeing to the terms and after several more weeks of recovery, found himself walking into the new units office.

[color=00ddff][b]APEX CCAA:[/b][/color] The CCAA [color=00ddff][[/color][color=cccccc][i]Covert Cybernetic Assault Arm[/i][/color][color=00ddff]][/color] is a creation of APEX industries, primary distributors of military and police grade weaponry and cybernetics. Connor was given special dispensation from his superiors to receive the CCAA due to his previous acts. The arm itself is designed for use on high risk operations which require quick and effective execution. The capabilities of the arm include:

[list][*]Increased Strength - Greatly superior strength is granted by the arm, capable of breaching doors and through non-reinforced walls.
[*]Bulletproof Plating - The entire 'skin' of the arm is bulletproof.
[*]EMP Charge - The arm generates an electronic charge through movement which when at capacity is capable of releasing an EMP blast. The blast can disable all electronics within 20 metres.
[*]Resistant - In addition to the bulletproofing of the arm, it is resistant to heat and totally immune to EMP.
[*]Hidden Blade - A retractable 24" blade is stored within the forearm. It can be made to emerge from the top of the wrist as a weapon.[/list]

[color=00ddff][b]APEX Trojan[/b][/color] Another creation of APEX, the Trojan is .45 caliber pistol that is capable of firing several types of munition. The munition is loaded by cylindrical magazines that are easily interchangeable. The types of munition is can fire are:

[list][*]Taser Rounds - Upon impact the rounds latch onto their target and unleashes an incapacitating electric shock
[*]Armour Piercing Rounds - The standard round of the Trojan
[*]Explosive Rounds - A small explosive is in the tip of bullet and on impact it goes off. While the explosion it is nothing close to something like a grenade, at the right point of an individual and it is capable of removing limbs.

[color=00ddff][b]APEX Gas Mask:[/b][/color] While on an operation Connor opts to wear a gas mask to avoid any potential bio-weapons or gasses. The lenses of the APEX Gas Mask feature a HUD that provides an outline to all living targets within sight. This is capable of working through thick smoke and in darkness, but not through solid materials. In addition due to the CCAA, APEX created the Gas Mask to be EMP resistant.

[color=00ddff][b]APEX Assault Vest:[/b][/color] A generic assault vest in appearance, the APEX vest features several bits of technology not often found in other vests. As with the above items the tech within the vest is immune to EMP. Also, like generic vests it has several magazine, grenade and utility pouches. The technology features of the vest are:
