He has no personal affiliation nor connection to the Cold Family, beyond what is required in his duties. That doesn't stop other races from mistakenly assuming otherwise, and sometimes that can be quite the blessing in disguise that Glaceo has been known to use to make people agree to his terms. Thankfully, the Cold Family cares far more about the results themselves rather than how those results were obtained. Since the Planet Trade Organization is technically categorized as a business, Glaceo uses business tactics and negotiations in order to add to its ever growing assets. This means he can be quite the diplomat when necessary, and useful within the PTO's inner politics. That's not to say Glaceo can't or won't forcefully invade a planet if needed, but even when he does he always does so with a strategic plan in mind. Typically these plans are designed to end the battle with as few casualties as possible on all sides. After all, what good are one's soldiers or the soldiers one captures if they are all killed off and reduced to ash?
[sub]HISTORY[/sub]

Being from Frieza's home planet can be both a blessing and a curse, as Glaceo was quick to learn. Sometimes it meant people were quicker to agree with you or give you what you needed out of fear. And sometimes it also meant people would stubbornly resist you no matter what. Regardless, Glaceo spent pretty much all of his life trying to make sure he always played his cards right. He wanted to make a name for himself, but not too much or else run the risk of Frieza treating him as a threat. Technically, Glaceo could have joined any branch of the PTO, be it Frieza's, Cooler's, or even King Cold's. Cooler was most appealing, but in the end Glaceo found himself in Frieza's fleet in spite of his own family's objections. Like most soldiers, Glaceo started at the bottom. Despite this, his climb was probably significantly faster than most others if only due to his heritage and Frieza's own personal biases. Not that Glaceo ever complained, it just meant better work for him in the long run. By this point Glaceo had been all but disowned by his family. On the home world people tended to be divided over which of the Cold Family they chose to serve. Pretty much all of Glaceo's family had pledged their loyalty to Cooler, so of course none of them were too happy about Glaceo going the opposite way. The young Arcosian did have his reasons however, and it all revolved around a little planet called Vegeta. The infamy and reputation of the Saiyans were well known, common knowledge throughout the entire Planet Trade Organization. A younger Glaceo saw potential in the "Monkeys", as Frieza often mockingly called them. Such a powerful race of warriors could be quite the valuable asset to any prospective ruler and his empire. And yet, Frieza did the most perplexing thing by wiping them out. Just when the Saiyans had proved their loyalty to him, and their potential as a mercenary army... Frieza killed them. Destroyed the entire planet. He wasn't without his reasons, arguments were made that the Saiyans were growing too strong and needed to be stopped before they led and uprising. That's when it hit Glaceo. The fact that an uprising was even possible... that was the real problem. The PTO called itself a business, but underneath that it was no real secret that it was essentially a slave trade... cruel and rotten to its core. That, Glaceo decided, needed to change. The destruction of Planet Vegeta was an eye opener, and it gave Glaceo a brief glimpse at the chaotic storm that would inevitably ensue should the PTO continue to operate as it currently does. How fortuitous then, that Glaceo decided to join Frieza's Fleet, where the younger of the brother's disinterest in the goings on of his army would allow a schemer like Glaceo far more freedom than he would ever have while serving any of the other Cold Family members. Now Glaceo is in command of a ship of his own. It's official purpose is data collection, but Glaceo has been determined to use it for much more than that. Recently his ship has discovered a planet rich with resources and technology, and its name is Balsora.
[sub]ASPECTS[/sub]

Arcosian Bio Suits: Frieza's people often opt out of wearing the standard battle suits of their army in favor of Bio Suits specially made for their species alone. The strength and decor of the bio suit varies depending on overall wealth and status, but generally speaking they are considered stronger than Non-Bio battle suits in terms of the protection they provide. Some Bio Suits even have customized spiked and bladed parts that can be used as weapons to augment their fighting style. Bio Suits are typically made of armored tissue from their own bodies, so it also stands to reason that the higher one's power level is, the stronger their Bio Suit armor can be if necessary. Transformation: This is a little known secret about Frieza's people. The form they are often first seen in is more often than not only the first in a series of Transformations. The biological purpose of these Transformations is unclear, but the strategic purpose is plainly obvious. In a universe where Scouters can easily detect power levels and track them to their exact location, a powerful race like the Arcosians needed to develop a way to push their often massive power levels down enough that they can remain incognito should they deem it necessary. It's believed that the "Final" Form is a misnomer, and is in fact the actual form they were born with, the Forms proceeding it being created as a way to forcefully hold themselves back and keep their own Power Levels to as much of a minimum as possible. There are also rumors of a Transformation beyond the Final Form, but there is no evidence proving such a thing as of yet.
[sub]SPECIALIZATION[/sub]

Information Network: As Captain of a Data Collection ship, Glaceo has access to a wide variety of information, both classified and non-classified. He tries to stay vigilant about keeping updated with what's happening in the PTO, mostly to keep an eye out for any opportunity that would allow him to make his move. Of course, someone in possession of this information could also stand to profit from it in the right circumstances should such an opportunity present itself. Death Blade: A common way Glaceo channels his ki when in combat situations. A sharp blade of Ki is extended from the hand and can then be used for a short time as a deadly weapon capable of tearing through an enemy's defenses or even deflecting their Ki should the blasts be weak enough. Death Beam: Another common skill, used even by Frieza himself. It's a piercing beam of Ki shot from the fingertip. It's size and relative strength allow it to be fired rapidly and for little cost to one's energy reserve. It makes for an excellent method of assassinating one's enemy from a distance. Death Stinger: Unlike the Death Bomber, which is a technique created and used by Glaceo's family, this is one created and used by Glaceo specifically. A common tactic for some fighters is to coat their arm in Ki for an augmented strike. Glaceo took that concept and applied to his tail instead, particularly around the tip to give it pinpoint sharpness that he then strikes with in a manner similar to a scorpion sting. The strikes are often lightning fast, with very few victims able to seem them coming before finding themselves impaled or beheaded. Death Slicer Salvo: Ki energy focused into a razor sharp disc. While Frieza uses one or two that he freely manipulates mid flight, Glaceo instead chooses to throw slightly weaker variants in a larger number and who can instead hone in on their target, at least to a certain extent. Death Bomber: A skill noted for being used only by Glaceo and those in his family. Death Bomber is a larger, Ultimate class sphere of Ki that, after thrown, flies some distance only to shatter into multiple smaller blasts that cover a wide area. It's ideal for wiping out multiple weaker targets, though a single stronger target is more likely to the survive the attack or just endure it outright.
[sub]EQUIPMENT[/sub]

Custom Scouter: Glaceo wears what can only be described as a fusion of two Scouters into one. Two ear pieces connected by a single visor that covers both eyes. Having two earpieces allows for a stronger power source, which means the scouter can keep its battery charge for longer than standard models. The dual earpieces also allow the Scouter to function at its most basic levels even if one of the earpieces is damaged or destroyed in battle. Lastly, the increased processing power from having two ear pieces allow for a faster and more accurate power level reading, as well as increased range for tracking and communication. This particular Scouter is still considered a prototype, and thus has not yet reached the mass production stage yet. This of course makes it more difficult and more expensive to repair should it be damaged or broken. Custom Bio Suit: Glaceo's Bio Suit is one that intentionally avoids any unnecessary details in favor of a sleeker and more streamlined design. This is to prevent him from losing any mobility in battle, but on the side it also allows him to keep a more photogenic appearance for diplomatic purposes.
[sub]RELATIONSHIPS[/sub]

Arkos | Ally/Subordinate/Possible Confidant Glaceo is rather fascinated by Arkos, more so than the other Saiyan survivors. Unlike most of his kin, Arkos often stays reserved and even collected, a rarity for his kind. He's also proven quite competent and, more importantly, trustworthy. Glaceo hasn't quite let him on his ambitions but has been seriously considering it. Porato | Subordinate A Saiyan warrior recently assigned to the ship, unlike Arkos Porato instead seems the very picture of the stereotypical Saiyan. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing. Still, he's followed orders so far so Glaceo has no reason to outright distrust him. Yet. Rutaba | Subordinate Another Saiyain warrior, this one originally vouched for by Arkos. While not particularly strong, raw power alone was never something Glaceo looked for in subordinates. One doesn't need to have the bigger number on a Scouter to be considered the more useful soldier, and Rutaba could very well prove this notion quite nicely. Satay | Subordinate Of his subordinates, this Earthling woman is certainly the most mysterious. He power level appears to be low, but even a fool could tell there is more to Satay than she wants anyone to know. She's also the subordinate Glaceo knows the least about, and thus is the one he trusts the least. For now anyway.

Relationships Added: Porato, Rutaba, and Satay.
