Life in a strange realm
Long ago in a distant realm, an Ancient demon plotted to unleash an unspeakable evil on the land, as his demonic army stood on the horizon ready to start a war, the strongest mage in the land stood before them striking down many of the tainted beings under the demon Lords control but even their numbers were too much for him, in his final breath he called out for help, but not from the folk of his land, but called for help from a different realm for help as he watched the land be pillaged and burned. Once the Ancient demon had taken over the land he allowed the remaining monster folk to roam the wastelands left behind by his army; In a different realm, a stark contrast of the Demon lord's, people started to disappear suddenly, some in a large mass, while others on their own. The cause of the disappearances were wormholes sprouting up around people and not just in the modern day, they were also opening up in both the past and future sucking people through them and taking them to who knows where. The location they are dropped into, while rarely different, is usually the camp, they from the sky with the wormhole that brought them there quickly disappearing before they can recover and go back through. The area they fall into is a strange but basic camp next to a dark cave, next to the cave's mouth, sits a small obelisk, no taller than you with different carvings on each side and in different languages, on one side there is a language you can read."Once the Demon has been vanquished you will be allowed home if you wish" As you ponder the words from the obelisk. You notice the camp has racks of weapons, armor, shields and even a large chest; but you decide to journey into the cave and find what looks to be a portal before you try to enter your foot catches a rock and simply lands on the other side of the portal, the words from the obelisk hum in your mind and you put together that the portal will lead you home but you must vanquish the demon before it will let you go home. Collecting the weapon that feels right to you and putting on some armor of your choosing you ready yourself to go out into this world, but the moment you take your first step you spot a distant object in the sky, a bird or a person gliding through the air with the wings of a bird and out the corner of your eye you swear you could spot a small impish looking creature dart between the trees out of sight. While humans are pouring into the world through wormholes, some of the monster folk have been hearing the call of the camp, and some find themselves traveling to it to give aid to the newcomers.

Races
There are all kinds of races in this world to choose from, but one race that cannot be played is Demon or Angel I'm willing to compromise with some demonic creatures, but demons and angels aren't allowed to be playable races nor are Gods I don't mind if someone makes up a race of creatures or beings but please do not make them over powered in any way to have an edge over other characters or enemies. But just know that if you are a different race that isn't human then you would already be in the world instead of coming to it through a wormhole. Examples of some of the races that are playable Harpy: Bird like people with slender bodies and arms coated with feathers that allow them to glide through the air and even fly when they exert enough force with their arms, while their upper body seems dainty their lower body is where most of their strength lies, they also lay eggs once in a while. Elves: What kind of fantasy world would it be without them? They are humanoid beings with pointed ears that dwell mostly in forested areas, but unlike humans, they have more of a magical affinity to them. Orcs: Mean green killing machines. Most if not a lot of them are big bulky beserkers, while few fall into a nicer scholarly category among other races around, but most others consider them big dumb and even ugly beast. Humans: Surprisingly rare in this world, not much said about them unless you don't know what a human is. Centaur: The horse people. A beast with the lower body of a horse and the upper body of a human, they have powerful kicks and often hunt with bows almost like the elves but with the ability to outrun them with four horse legs, did I mention they were like humans but with the lower body of a horse? Nekomata: Better known as the Catgirl. With soft fur and the ability to purr when given a belly rub or head pat, it's no surprise the demon lord gave them a stay of execution, who could dislike a cat girl? What do you mean there are males? Dragon: Probably one of the more dangerous. Winged lizard people with the ability to breath fire on anything it doesn't like or anything it thinks would look better burned to a crisp, combined with a belief that they are at the top of the food chain and the best creature in the land makes them unpredictable. Kitsune: Small, fluffy and absolutely adorable, this race is closely related to the Nekomaka. Most of the race is tiny, with exceptions given to older, more powerful members of the race. They have a high affinity for magic but have low physical strength. Demons & The Corrupted: Demons are mostly self-explanatory, evil deities that wish to take over the realm either through enslaving the monster folk or killing them off. The Corrupted are monster people who have been turned demonic through magic or potions and have a demonic look similar to the demons and consider them their gods.

Magic
Magic, it was created to serve man not rule over them. Magic comes in many different forms, but in this realm, there are two kinds of magic, Blood magic, and normal magic; Normal magic can be either elemental or spirit from the ability to throw fire from your hands or heal wounded person, but only one form of it can be truly used and mastered, such as the fire mage cannot learn ice after using fire. Then there is Blood magic, among the monster folk, it's a form of magic that's frowned upon due to its ability to lure in demons through its use and from the methods needed to use it, it usually requires fresh blood from the dead; with blood magic it augments and strengthens magic of any form.
