Physical Description: [b]Octavia is 5"9 and a healthy weight leaning on the curvier side. She obviously is fit enough to pass the physical required but she also hasn't done any more than that so she doesn't have defined muscles or abs etc. She has a diamond shaped face with wide cheekbones, and matching narrower forehead and jaw. Her chin has a slight point to it but not as much as someone with a heart shaped face. She has grey eyes that seem almost too big for her face and pale skin with a dusting of freckles across her nose and cheeks.  Her hair is red, thick and difficult to control but she manages to keep it braided as per regulations.

She has a naturally curvaceous figure with a well endowed bust and hips but a smaller waist. She is conscious of being fuller figured and always wears her uniform correctly ensuring it fits well and does not overly advertise her physical proportions. (Woe betide anyone who comments within her hearing on her bust size!) She is perhaps somewhat unusual in that she has no cybernetic implants and is 100% human. [b]I am confident that I am the best person for this role. This is not arrogance or empty boasting but merely the facts which I have explained below: 

I joined the Navy immediately after completing Medical School and achieving my degree in Medicine at twentyfive. I also at this time had several diplomas's in Anatomy, and Physiology respectively. 
I have spent the last ten years serving on multiple postings both on ships and naval bases. During this time I also achieved my second degree in Psychology with my thesis being “The effects of isolation and deep space on the human condition” (Document attached if you wish to read for further information) Due to my interest in this I have spent the last three years on postings in deep space (most notably the UNSF New England, UNSF Abraham Lincoln and the UNSF Rapier)
Serving as either a Medical Officer or Psychologist. I have just completed a posting as Chief Medical Officer on the UNSF Rapier and in between postings I have completed my Diploma on General Surgery.   

However I feel I have reached the limits of my potential at my current posting and I believe my next step to be this role. Serving as both CMO and Ship Psychologist will allow me to oversee the complete health and wellbeing of my crew which is, I would hope, that which all physicians strive for.
