Adam was surprised to see Noru standing there in the doorway. He looked around the room again, this time scoping his surroundings more thoroughly. He deduced that he was definitely in some sort of Medical room. He walked up to Noru as he was looking at his phone.

Asking the nurse for permission to leave, he walked past Noru, motioning him to follow.
