[@Sloth] Up to you. I know Lookshy sends out the occasional military force to the highest bidder or those who can convince them to receive aid, so it's possible. Same for the ex-Dynast. However, I imagine Lookshy to not have a great impact in the story (for now) unless a Solar/Lunar starts flashing their anima and making all sorts of noise to attract attention, which can also be said for the Realm's Immaculate Order. If you intend to go the Lunar route, you could probably do something with [@Avanhelsing], seeing as they might be making a Solar.
