[b]Bio:[/b] Once a no-name actress in Paris, Delphine's final casting call came to a tragic end when it was revealed to be one of Black Ghost's "recruitment drives", where she was kidnapped and remodeled into a cyborg. While she had by far the easiest time reintegrating into society out of all the 00-series cyborgs due to her shapeshifting ability, this hasn't stopped numerous groups both good and evil from tracking her down and enlisting her help over the years- most commonly her archnemesis, the seemingly-immortal Tiger Zora.
